Karyn Scholz- President – Legal Industry

Karyn grew up in the Hudson Valley of New York. Karyn graduated from Siena College with a degree in Political Science, also while playing softball.  Karyn began her career working in local government and law in the New York area.  Karyn moved to South Florida in 2003 and has worked for some of the best law firms in South Florida as a paralegal and eventually office manager.

Karyn decided to launch KRS Recruiting as she realized how difficult it is to find superior, trustworthy talent and how time consuming this process can be. Karyn is well connected throughout the industry and has a great eye and ear for spotting talent. Having over 10 years of experience working throughout the South Florida Legal industry, Karyn is uniquely positioned to be able to provide insights into the local market.

Karyn enjoys spending her free time working out in the gym, in the spin studio and loves to get on the golf course to enjoy the beauty, while fulfilling her competitive juices. Karyn is very passionate about health and physical fitness.    A healthy body, mind, and soul is a great way to go through life.

Jim Schultz – Vice President – Construction and Legal Industry

Jim Schultz is an experienced recruiter who has worked with some of the biggest companies in the country placing all levels of employees.  Whether it has been Presidents, Vice Presidents, C-level Management, to junior associates;  Jim has a great ability to be able to speak with people at all levels, make them feel comfortable, listen, understand their motivations or wants, and be able to match up the best candidate with the clients who fit their profile the best.   Jim can work within a traditional ‘headhunting’ role actively recruiting candidates with a very specific skill set OR Jim because of his understanding of the market be able to present A-List Candidates to organizations who would be very interested in their talent based on their current focus within their business operations.    Besides being involved with recruiting and marketing efforts, Jim is acting as CFO.

Jim grew up in Longmeadow, MA where he excelled in academics and athletics. Jim attended Middlebury College in Vermont where he majored in Economics while playing Football and Baseball for the Panthers. After graduating from college, Jim followed his heart to pursue a professional career in Golf.   After being a PGA Professional for 10 years, Jim decided to switch into the recruiting business.   Jim has placed over 50 top level professionals throughout his career being a top 10 percent producer within the largest franchise recruiting organization across the United States.

Jim is currently working within two Industries. Within the Construction industry, Jim has a focus wthin the multi-family sector working with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Pre-Construction Managers.
